Important: For persons aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing any game.

1.2 Eligibility to Use

You may open an account and use the services at 5z999 only if you meet the following conditions:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are opening the account in your own name and for your own use.
  • Using online gaming services from your current location is not prohibited by law.
  • You have not previously been banned from this platform.
  • You have only one account and will maintain only one.

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, 5z999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel all bonuses.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Information Provided at Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being immediately closed and any pending withdrawals being cancelled.

2.2 Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential at all times. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to our support team immediately. 5z999 is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party use of your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. This process is essential for the platform's security and financial protection.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 5z999 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). No methods other than those listed are currently accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Each withdrawal will be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is ongoing.

3.3 Transaction Rejection

5z999 reserves the right to reject any transaction in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
  • If account information verification has not been completed.
  • If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • If evidence of multiple account use is found.

4. Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 5z999 are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 will earn the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳24,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

Please note: Wagering requirements must be fully met before a bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus may be cancelled if the requirements are not fulfilled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period, and the bonus is automatically cancelled once it expires.
  • A bonus may only be usable on designated games.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
  • 5z999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
  • If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any winnings related to it will be cancelled.

5. VIP Program & Rewards

5.1 VIP Tiers

5z999 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. Additional benefits and priority support are available at each tier.

5.2 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder. 5z999 reserves the right to change VIP tiers or benefits without prior notice. If an account is banned, all accumulated VIP benefits will be cancelled.

6. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account:

  • Bonus abuse or bonus hunting behaviour.
  • Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
  • Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Hacking or fraudulently using another user's account.
  • Manipulating or exploiting vulnerabilities in 5z999's systems.

6.2 Fraud Detection

5z999 uses advanced technology and SSL encryption to detect fraudulent activity. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be suspended during the investigation period. If fraud is proven through the investigation, all funds in the account may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Policy
